Your profile
Successful Completed commercial vocational training or comparable qualification
First Work experience im Internal sales department , ideally in the Waste disposal and recycling industry
Structured and goal-oriented way of working
Passion and high self-motivation for telephone customer contact
pronounced Customer and service orientation
Safe handling of common computer programs , especially Excel
Your tasks
Competent Contact person for our customers – by telephone and in writing
Expert advice and Bearbeitung of customer requests and Complaints
Interface communication with internal departments such as accounting and scheduling
Independent care of customer data , Offered and Sales potential in our systems
Organization and processing administrative tasks in internal sales
