Are you passionate about delivering flawless payroll services that make a real difference in employees' lives? We're looking for a customer-obsessed Payroll Analyst who'll go beyond just processing numbers to create exceptional experiences. Join us to lead end-to-end payroll operations where your expertise will directly impact thousands of employees across multiple countries.
Key job responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end payroll processing for Germany
- Execute and enhance payroll controls (Source to Gross, Gross to Net)
- Complete standard accounting reconciliations
- Resolve payroll queries
- Support vendor relationships and performance management
- Partner with Benefits, Compensation, Stock Options, HR, and Finance teams
- Suggest process improvements using Six Sigma methodology
- Support payroll components of strategic initiatives
- Deliver on payroll part of country expansion projects
- Contribute innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency
- Upkeep of payroll processes and inventory (SOPs, process maps etc.)
- Raise blockers and issues senior analysts and managers
GRUNDQUALIFIKATIONEN
- Excellent customer service orientation1+ year payroll/HR experience OR 3+ years professional experience (non- payroll /HR)
- Fluency in English and German
- Advanced user of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas)
- Strong analytical and statistical capabilities
- Experience with root cause analysis
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
BEVORZUGTE QUALIFIKATIONEN
- Deep controllership / statutory compliance knowledge (tax, labour code, social security, garnishments, pension, benefits, terminations)
- Familiar with SAP, PeopleSoft, Workday, ADP software
