Nursing Specialist (m/f/d), Health and Nursing Assistant, Pediatric Nurse or Nurse (m/f/d)-

full-time or part-time, permanent and at the earliest possible date - with empathy, specialist knowledge and team spirit.

• You will care for and accompany infants and toddlers aged 0-7 years as part of a care concept that promotes bonding and development - always with the individual needs of the children in mind.
• They actively help to create a therapeutic environment , especially for children with attachment disorders, post-traumatic stress disorders or developmental delays - in close cooperation with the parents and the multi-professional team.
• They support and accompany the parents , who are admitted as accompanying persons, empathetically in everyday care and provide guidance and everyday advice.
• You will observe and document the development of the children , recognize changes in their behaviour or physical and mental condition at an early stage and contribute your observations to the team in a targeted manner.
• You will provide nursing care for infants with regulatory disorders - e.g. feeding problems, difficulty falling asleep and sleeping through the night or excessive crying - with patience, professional competence and empathy.
• You will work closely with therapists, doctors and social services to ensure holistic, family-oriented treatment and support.

• You have completed training as a nurse or as a healthcare and (pediatric) nurse - ideally with an additional qualification in psychiatry or psychosomatics.
• Ideally, you have professional experience in psychiatric or psychosomatic care - especially in dealing with children and their caregivers.
• You are an empathetic, committed and communicative person with strong social skills and a sense of responsibility.
• You work in a structured, patient-oriented and reliable manner - even in challenging situations - and appreciate working in an interdisciplinary team.
• You have a friendly and confident manner and the ability to support parents and children with equal sensitivity and professionalism.
• You are in possession of proof of your measles immunity and show an interest in professional development and regular further training.
