For our child and adolescent psychiatry department at the Helios Park-Klinikum Leipzig location, we are looking for you full-time at the earliest possible date as a medical assistant (MFA) / health and nursing assistant / nurse / nurse / geriatric nurse / nursing specialist (m/f/d) in the function of:

Secretary (m/f/d)

• You will be responsible for the reception and care of patients in the outpatient clinic of the child and adolescent psychiatry department

• You will be responsible for the administration and maintenance of patient files as well as documentation tasks
• You will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating consultation hours
• You will be responsible for assisting and providing organizational support to the outpatient clinic team
• Your activities will include communicating with patients, registered doctors and authorities
• You will deputize for colleagues in the head physician's office when they are absent

• You have completed training as a medical assistant (MFA) / health and nursing assistant / nursing specialist / geriatric nurse (m/f/d)

• You have several years of professional experience in the secretariat or an outpatient clinic, ideally as a medical secretary
• You have a confident manner and strong communication skills
• You are characterized by your ability to work in a team, above-average commitment and resilience
• You have very good German and IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
