We are looking for you at the Leipzig Heart Center at the earliest possible date as a Healthcare and Nursing Assistant / Nurse / Nursing Specialist (m/f/d)

in the function of Deputy Ward Manager (m/f/d) for our private and elective services ward.

• An interdisciplinary range of work awaits you on our elective and private wards - the wards provide care for the entire specialist portfolio of the Helios Leipzig site (including cardiac surgery, cardiology, orthopaedics, traumatology, pneumology and gastroenterology)

• Together with the nursing management, you will organize and coordinate the area
• You will cover for the nursing manager in their absence and take on the associated tasks, such as staff deployment planning and absence management
• You will ensure evidence-based nursing care, including documentation and coding
• You promote an open and constructive error culture and support the supervision and implementation of projects in the department or clinic
• You ensure the implementation of corporate and clinical goals in your area of responsibility

• You are a qualified nurse / health and nursing professional (m/f/d) or have a comparable qualification

• You have several years of professional experience, if possible with management responsibility
• You can inspire other employees and teammates for the nursing profession
• You have a sense of responsibility, commitment and team spirit
• You are characterized by initiative, organizational talent and the ability to deal with conflict and are willing to cooperate across professional groups
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
