We are looking for you at Helios Park-Klinikum at the earliest possible date as
Anesthesia Technical Assistant / ATA / Healthcare and Nursing Assistant / Nurse / Nursing Specialist / Nursing Specialist (m/f/d)
in the function of practical instructor for anesthesia / ATA training (m/f/d)
with 20% time off for practical instruction and supervision of ATA trainees & 80% work as a nurse / ATA.
What you can expect
You will accompany the ATA trainees from the first day of training to the examination
You will be responsible for the planning, implementation and follow-up of structured instructions
You are responsible for the acceptance of performance records and examinations
You document the learning development of the trainees
You will be in close contact with the central practical training supervisor and the ATA school
You will be involved in the development and implementation of new methodological concepts
What you bring with you
You have completed vocational training as a nurse (m/f/d) or completed training as an anesthesia technical assistant / ATA (m/f/d)
You have completed specialist further training in anaesthesia and intensive care medicine as well as further training as a practice supervisor or are willing to complete this further training
You have pedagogical skills as well as an independent and structured way of working
You have empathy and an understanding of the life situation of young learners as well as judgment and assertiveness
You are characterized by commitment and the ability to work in a team and are confident in dealing with PC-supported documentation
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
