For our location in Leipzig we are looking for a Service Technician (m/f/d) HVAC for Building Services with immediate effect and on a permanent basis.

Your tasks:

• Repair, maintenance and servicing and related ancillary tasks of technical building systems
• Focus on sanitary, air conditioning, medical gases and steam technology
• Documentation of activities
• Supervision of external work and instruction of external companies
• Support in the realization of technical projects in the clinic
• Support and troubleshooting of the technical building systems
• Maintenance and care of the equipment and materials entrusted to us
• Participation in the technical on-call service (approx. 1 x per month, 1 week)

What you bring with you:

• Successfully completed training in technical building management (e.g. HVAC plant mechanic / central heating and ventilation construction) or in refrigeration technology (mechatronics for refrigeration technology / refrigeration plant construction)
• Initial professional experience in the aforementioned trades (heating, air conditioning, ventilation or refrigeration) desirable
• Commitment and reliability
• Confident handling of computer-aided systems
• Knowledge of CAFM systems or willingness to familiarize yourself with them
• Interest in further qualifications
• Class B driving license
