Your tasks
- Technical Service Ownership role for all global R&S Contact Centers Services
- Administration, Monitoring and Maintenance of R&S central Telecommunication Service Plattform
- Be a member of an global Telecommunication Service Team
- Owner of e2e Business relationship processes for R&S Service
- Provide agent and end-user support
- Drive self-drive Continuous Service Improvement measures

Your qualifications
- At least 1-2 years expertise in holding the responsibility / Technical ownership for an e2e telecommunication service
- Proven experience in administration of telecommunication services (PSTN, call routing, emergency calls, SBC) and contact center features incl. reporting
- Strong monitoring and troubleshooting skills (wireshark helpful)
- Scripting skills (esp. Powershell)
- Experience with on-premises and Cloud Communication Services and applications (MS Teams, Threema, ...)
- Excellent communication skills in German and English are necessary
