We are looking for you at the Leipzig Heart Center at the earliest possible date as a Healthcare and Nursing Assistant / Nurse / Nursing Specialist / Nursing Assistant (m/f/d)

in the function of Deputy Ward Manager (m/f/d) for our Cardiology Intensive Care Unit.

• Together with the nursing management, you will organize and coordinate the area

• You will take over the absence representation of the nursing manager and the associated tasks, such as staff deployment planning and absence management
• You will ensure evidence-based nursing care, including documentation and coding
• You promote an open and constructive error culture
• You support the supervision and implementation of projects in the department or clinic
• You ensure the implementation of corporate and clinical goals in your area of responsibility

• You are a qualified nurse / health and nursing professional (m/f/d) or have a comparable qualification

  You have several years of professional experience, if possible with management responsibility

  You have completed further specialist training in intensive care and anesthesia or are willing to complete this further specialist training

  You can inspire other employees and team colleagues for the nursing profession

  You are willing to collaborate across professional groups and are characterized by communication skills and initiative

  Legally required proof of immunization against measles
