For the Helios Health Institute at the Leipzig site, we are looking for you as a Study Assistant / Study Coordinator or Medical Documentation Assistant at the earliest possible date - limited from 01.01.2026 to 31.05.2026 .

• You will prepare, coordinate and accompany the implementation of clinical studies.
• You will actively participate in the screening of patients and support study participants throughout the entire process.
• You will carry out study visits and document them carefully.
• You will organize and coordinate study procedures in accordance with GCP - including visit planning, diagnostics and logistics.
• You record and document study-specific patient data accurately and completely.
• You will prepare blood and urine samples for the laboratory and take care of the preparation and follow-up of monitor visits.

• You have completed training as a medical documentation assistant, MTA/MTA-F, healthcare and nursing assistant, medical assistant, medical assistant or a comparable qualification.
• Initial experience in conducting clinical studies and medical knowledge in the field of cardiac medicine are an advantage.
• You work independently, in a structured and autonomous manner, are patient-oriented, sociable and have a collegial manner.
• You are confident in using a PC and common standard software.
• You have a good command of English and are characterized by very good organizational skills.
• You can provide the legally required proof of immunization against measles.
