Based on innovative technology, which evaluates and displays the variety of offers in detail, and in cooperation with more than 550 airlines, reliable applications are developed that ensure a fast and transparent comparison of flight prices from thousands of airline fares.

• Leading the company's internal mobile app development team of 5 members by empowering people to work independently and by involving them in decisions.

• Perspecitve to increase team size to 10-12 members.

• Proactively recognizing conflicts and facilitating solutions, being an active communicator within your team as well as in coordinating with internal stakeholders.

• Promoting the development culture through continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

• Maintaining the existing mobile app solutions as well as to gradually improve usage and performance, tracking various relevant parameters.

• Completed studies in computer science or a comparable qualification.

• Several years of experience in mobile development (ideally Android or iOS native) using modern tools, frameworks and libraries.

• Proven experience in leading agile/lean teams, or at least the ability to do so.

• Performance-driven, analytical approach to track and improve app usage and performance.

• Strong team and communication skills, willingness to learn and the ability to accompany teams in the implementation of new approaches (change management).

• Experience in creating appealing UI/UX concepts or domain knowledge in eCommerce or the travel industry or in payment processes is beneficial.

• Fluency in English (at least C1) is a must, while German skills are beneficial.
