• Completed training as a technician (m/f/d), master craftsman (m/f/d) or engineer in the field of building technology, civil engineering or similar further training in fire protection
• Ideally, a qualification as a specialist planner (m/f/d) for building services fire protection (EIPOS)
• Professional experience in the field of building services equipment, technical fire protection systems and general project and construction site management
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word/Excel), PowerPoint and SAP
• Flexibility, reliability, careful work
• Day shift

• Coordination of technical fire protection for buildings and production facilities
• Planning of structural measures in conjunction with technical fire protection measures on building technology (especially piping and ventilation systems) in the sense of a holistic fire protection concept
• Advising the customer on preventive fire protection
• Implementation of fire protection planning for building and security technology
• Leading a small team
• Participation in construction and project consultations with the customer on site
