Die Beschreibung: Technical Operations & Cloud Engineer als Startup Full-Time Job
As a Technical Operations & Cloud Engineer, you ensure that our digital infrastructure runs reliably, securely, and in compliance with all operational and regulatory requirements.
You combine IT operations, infrastructure automation, and compliance management to guarantee that our systems are stable, auditable, and fully aligned with internal and external service levels.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage all cloud environments ensuring uptime, scalability, and security
- Handle deployments, monitoring, incident management, and access control
- Maintain and optimise CI/CD pipelines for build, test, and release
- Oversee backup, restore, and disaster-recovery processes
- Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks for automation tasks
- Implement monitoring and alerting systems using Prometheus or Grafana
- Conduct root-cause analyses and ensure system resilience
- Maintain documentation for infrastructure, deployments, and compliance
- Ensure GDPR and ISO 27001 compliance across all operational activities

What You Bring
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience in Cloud Ops or Infrastructure Management
- Experience with AWS, GCP or similar cloud environments
- Proficiency in Linux automation (Terraform, Ansible, scripting)
- Experience with CI/CD tools like GitLab and testing pipelines
- Monitoring experience with Grafana, Prometheus or ELK
- Knowledge of containerization with Docker and Kubernetes
- Understanding of DR/BCP frameworks and security standards (GDPR, ISO 27001)
