Du möchtest als Werkstudent einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Datenqualität und Transparenz leisten? Bei uns hast Du die Möglichkeit, Anlagevermögen strukturiert zu erfassen, zu dokumentieren und zu aktualisieren – eine entscheidende Grundlage für Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse sowie für effiziente Unternehmensprozesse.
Aufgaben & Verantwortlichkeiten
- Durchführung der physischen Anlageninventur inklusive Sichtprüfung, Identifikation und Fotodokumentation
- Abgleich der vorgefundenen Anlagen mit den Beständen im ERP-/Anlagensystem
- Unterstützung bei der Aktualisierung und Pflege der Anlagendaten (z. B. Standorte, Status, Verantwortliche)
- Mitwirkung bei der Vergabe und Anbringung von Inventarlabels
- Aufbereitung von Daten und Unterstützung bei vorbereitenden Tätigkeiten für Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse
- Kommunikation mit internen Abteilungen zur Klärung von Beständen und Standorten
- Allgemeine administrative Unterstützung für Finance & Business Support sowie das Office Management
Profil & Anforderungen
- Eingeschriebene/r Student/in im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Finanzwesen oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
- Strukturierte, sorgfältige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Hohe Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Kenntnisse der Rechnungslegung nach HGB/IFRS und Anlagenbuchhaltung
- Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC von Vorteil, aber kein Muss
- Fortgeschrittenes Fachwissen mit MS Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere Excel
- Analytisches Denkvermögen und Ergebnisorientierung
- Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Flexibilität und Empathie
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
