We are looking for a full-time or part-time Medical Assistant (m/f/d) - MFA / Medical Assistant / Health and Medical Practice Assistant for our Helios Clinic Leisnig as soon as possible.

The working hours are from Monday to Friday between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. - so we offer you a predictable working structure that is easily compatible with your private life.

• Nursing admission management : Responsibility for the structured and efficient admission of patients to ensure a smooth nursing process.

• Supporting the nursing staff: Assisting with functional care (e.g. changing dressings, taking blood samples)
• Preparation of examinations and treatments: Professional preparation of patients* for upcoming examinations and medical procedures as well as optimal organization of the necessary measures.
• Assisting with medical diagnostics and therapy: Supporting doctors with diagnostic and therapeutic measures.
• Assistance in discharge management: Taking on tasks in structured discharge management and ensuring a seamless handover of patients.

• Completed training as a medical assistant or physician assistant.

• Willingness to work in an interdisciplinary manner with various professional groups
• Patient orientation and willingness to help in daily contact.
• Team spirit, sense of responsibility and strong communication skills, coupled with service orientation.
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

The Helios Clinic Leisnig with 160 beds in the departments of anesthesia, intensive care, pain therapy & palliative care, surgery with the departments of visceral surgery, orthopedics and trauma surgery as well as vascular surgery, internal medicine & sleep medicine center with the department of acute geriatrics and early rehabilitation and a radiology institute and a central emergency outpatient clinic treats around 5,300 inpatients and 35,000 outpatients annually.

In addition, a medical care center with orthopaedic, gynaecological and radiological practices has been set up.

The Helios Clinic Leisnig is the emergency doctor location of the rescue association of the former districts of Döbeln, Leipziger Land and the Muldental district and is easily accessible between the Leipzig, Dresden and Chemnitz metropolitan areas on the A14 highway.
