Your responsibilities:

• You will manage cross-departmental supply chain processes—from procurement and production to warehousing and transport—and ensure the smooth flow of materials and information along the entire value chain
• You will be responsible for production planning—from capacities to optimal preparation for manufacturing—and ensure that all relevant resources are used efficiently
• You will further develop the production strategy and all production-related processes and ensure improved quality, stable throughput times, and high efficiency.
• You will have overall responsibility for warehousing, goods receipt, and inventory management and ensure smooth operational implementation via your team leaders.
• You will analyze and optimize all relevant KPIs and act as a sparring partner and interface to all departments and project teams
• You will be an active member of the management team and will be directly involved in company-wide decisions and strategic initiatives

What you bring to the table:

• You have a solid technical education (master craftsman, HTL, FH) and commercial understanding. Experience in mechanical engineering is an advantage.
• You have several years of practical experience in the production area and have already successfully led teams. Ideally, you have also worked in an industrial project environment.
• You are an organizational talent with an analytical, innovative mindset and conceptual strength
• You have a confident and personable manner and are also a strong communicator and assertive
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on goals and results
• You are a good communicator and have a command of written and spoken German and English for negotiations and presentations

We are required to state the minimum base salary for this position. According to our collective agreement for the metal industry, this starts at €63,000 per year. The actual classification and thus also the income always depends on your professional qualifications and work experience!
