Your tasks:

• You will be responsible for maintaining and developing existing business relationships and actively acquiring new spare parts business
• You will prepare and calculate quotations accurately, reliably, and in a customer-oriented manner, adhering to the specified calculation guidelines for prices and commercial and technical conditions
• You will maintain and manage customer data, create orders in our ERP system, and ensure that everything runs smoothly.
• You will be responsible for managing sales documents and documenting relevant information.
• You will perform administrative and general organizational tasks in a reliable and structured manner.
• You will act as a business and sparring partner for various departments and project teams, particularly in quotation processes, customer communication, procurement, and shipping.

What you bring to the table:

• You have completed a solid education (apprenticeship, HAK) and ideally have technical understanding
• Ideally, you already have experience in internal sales or spare parts management
• You work accurately, in a structured and careful manner, and enjoy working independently in a team
• You are resilient, flexible, and cooperative, think in a service-oriented manner, and are a reliable person
• You are sociable both externally (towards customers) and internally (across departments)
• You are skilled at negotiating, both in German and English – additional language skills are an advantage

We are required to state the minimum base salary for this position. According to our collective agreement for the metal industry, this starts at €38,220 per year. The actual classification and thus also the income always depends on your professional qualifications and work experience!
