Your tasks:
• You will make all warehouse-related entries in the merchandise management system (GE).
• You will be responsible for recording material movements in the IT system (ERP/GE) relating to spare parts.
• You will pack and ship all spare parts, warranty, and backorder orders and prepare delivery notes and packing lists.
• You will pick items from the product range based on spare parts orders and subsequent deliveries for ongoing projects
• You will be responsible for forwarding complaints to the relevant departments
• You will provide support in the warehouse or production area as required and under the guidance and instruction of the warehouse team lead or production manager

What you bring to the table:
• You have already gained professional experience in the warehouse/shipping area
• Ideally, you have completed vocational training, if possible in the field of warehouse logistics
• You have a driver’s license (class B); a forklift license is an advantage
• You enjoy working independently in a team and have a precise, careful working style
• You are communicative and have very good German language skills
• You are characterized by an independent, structured, and reliable way of working
• You are already familiar with basic IT/MS Office skills or have already gained experience with a warehouse management system

We are required to state the minimum basic salary for this position. Depending on your education and professional qualifications, this starts at €36,400 per year according to the collective agreement for the metal industry. The actual classification and thus also the income always depends on your professional qualifications and work experience!
