Project Manager Pulp & Biorefinery Development (d/f/m) - part time (19 - 26.6 hrs/w)

Guide activities of scientific work group development in the field of pulp & biorefinery

Plan, coordinate and execute Innovation projects

Contribute to transferring project results to commercial scale and to strategy development

Ensure compliance with SHE and QM regulations

Monitor the state-of-the-art technology related to the area of expertise/work domain and contribute to the IP of the Lenzing Group

University degree in Chemistry, Chemical or Bioprocess Engineering

Several years of relevant experience in pulp, biorefinery chemistry and/or technology

Ability to work as interface for basic research work and final application, as well as point of contact to universities and research institutes

Profound experience in scientific work in the field of expertise

Experienced in project management skills

Leadership skills, team and results orientation and resilience

Strong communication and presentation skills both in German and English

Innovative, ecologic thinking and intercultural sensitivity
