Your tasks

• You will confidently manage the accounting processing of all business transactions that arise and be responsible for the proper checking, account assignment, and posting of invoices
• You will process payment runs and monitor incoming payments and dunning procedures
• You will assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and business analyses
• You will be the competent contact person for our customers, suppliers, and business partners
• You will be involved in projects in the area of finance and accounting and will assist with process optimization
• You will assist with various administrative tasks

Your skills

• You have completed commercial training or qualification as a tax clerk (m/f/d)
• You have several years of professional experience in financial accounting
• You are confident in using common MS Office programs and have already worked with accounting software systems (ideally DATEV)
• You work independently and responsibly in a team and impress with your careful and discreet approach to work
• You have analytical thinking skills
• You have very good written and spoken German skills
