We are looking for support for our sales department:

Technischer Vertriebsingenieur / Technischer Vertriebsmitarbeiter (m/w/d) Produktbereich Motorkomponenten

Your task

• You will support our national and international customers throughout the entire sales process – from the first meeting to the implementation of complex projects.
• In your role as Key Account Manager and project manager, you are the interface between customer requirements and technical solution.
• You recognize what our customers really need, coordinate closely with them and ensure that their requirements are never lost sight of during the course of the project.
• You bring new customers on board and build trusting, long-term relationships.
• Quotations, pricing and profitability calculations are just as much a part of your repertoire as technical advice.
• Together with our development teams, you check feasibility and find solutions that are not only technically convincing, but also make economic sense.
• Whether visiting a trade fair or meeting customers in person – you represent our company confidently and competently to the outside world.

Your qualification

• A degree in engineering – ideally with an interest in or initial contact with electrical drive technology.
• Experience in technical B2B sales, ideally with products or components that require explanation.
• You are a strong communicator, have an entrepreneurial mindset and enjoy working in a team.
• Technical understanding is important to you – you don’t need to know everything (yet), but you want to understand it.
• You work independently, think for yourself and are happy to take on responsibility.
• You take a pragmatic approach to things, find creative solutions and present yourself confidently and authoritatively to customers.
• Your English is good – other languages are a bonus.
• You are open to traveling – both nationally and internationally.
