• CI/CD & Automation: You develop, maintain and optimize GitLab CI/CD pipelines and use Ansible to automate recurring tasks and infrastructure processes.
• System operation & administration: You will operate and optimize our hybrid server landscape – with a focus on Windows servers and a growing number of Linux systems (especially Ubuntu).
• Containers & Orchestration: You will support the setup and operation of containerized applications with Docker and Kubernetes and ensure smooth deployments.
• Security & Stability: You ensure that deployments are versioned, tested and traceable, and actively participate in patching and security processes.
• Collaboration & Development: You share knowledge, explain technical changes in an understandable way and contribute to continuously advancing our team.

qualification

• Technical foundation: Completed IT studies or vocational training with relevant experience in the system or DevOps environment.
• Automation & CI/CD: Experience with GitLab CI/CD and sound knowledge of Ansible or comparable automation tools.
• System competence: Confident in using Windows Server and Linux (especially Ubuntu) and familiar with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Security awareness & structure: You know that automation and IT security go hand in hand, and you work proactively and reliably.
• Team spirit & communication: You share knowledge, explain technical changes in an understandable way and actively involve colleagues in the journey towards automation.
