• Hold a master's degree in mechatronics engineering, automation, or a related field from a reputable university (5-year program)
• Accumulate a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in pertinent industrial automation projects, focusing on machine and process control
• Demonstrate proven expertise in formulating operational concepts and software architecture for PLC and/or micro-controller-based automation solutions, handling complex applications
• Possess a robust understanding of PLC programming languages (e.g., ladder logic, structured text)
• Show proficiency in automation hardware design, encompassing wiring diagrams and sensor selection
• Have experience in product development, preferably within a technology-driven B2B industrial company
• Familiarity with micro-controller/SoC programming is advantageous
