This is what awaits you

• Develop and implement comprehensive data governance frameworks and policies that encompass data quality, security, and compliance

• Design of the data governance architecture with a focus on data flows, storage and access structures

• Leading initiatives to integrate data governance practices into existing business processes and systems

• Monitor the performance of governance initiatives and implement improvements to increase data quality and compliance

• Collaborate with IT and business teams to support governance initiatives and promote communication and understanding of data governance policies and practices

• Development of training programs to promote data literacy and foster a culture of data literacy and responsible data use

• Working with data controllers and managers to resolve or appropriately accept data risks and issues

• Space to grow your skills, we support you in developing your skills and offer you the opportunity to further your education in an innovative environment

Our technical stack:Azure Databricks, Fivetran, Data Rocket Guide, Terraform, Power Platform, Power BI, Azure DevOps

This is what you bring with you

• A degree in a relevant field or relevant professional experience in data management is an advantage

• Experience in data governance management

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Understanding of IT infrastructures and data integration

• Ability to collaborate with technical and business teams

• Very good knowledge of German
