AUTEFA Solutions Austria GmbH is an internationally successful and growing company in the field of plant and special engineering. From our location in Linz we deliver textile machines and turnkey production lines for the worldwide nonwovens industry.
Your main tasks
- Worldwide commissioning, inspection, repair, and maintenance of machines and systems at customer sites
- Coordination and supervision of assigned assembly and support personnel
- Management of commissioning projects and on-site construction organization
- Training of customers and support during system operation
- Fault analysis and troubleshooting
- Wiring work in control cabinets and on machines, as well as parameterization of intelligent components (e.g. frequency converters) at customer sites
Required skills, experience, background
- Successfully completed vocational training in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or drive technology
- Programming of PLC controllers (primarily SIMATIC S7 or TIA Portal)
- Several years of professional experience in field service assembly
- Technical understanding of mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, and drive technology
- Initiative, flexibility, problem-solving skills, and customer-oriented mindset
- Willingness to travel worldwide
- Class B driving license
- Good written and spoken English skills
