A Snapshot of Your Day
In this role, you will be the go-to person for the GT PR MPT organization regarding the business transformation of our PLM landscape that spans across two strategic projects: One common PLM system for MPT and Teamcenter rollout. Your day could consist of meetings with MPT and global functions to align strategies, defining processes and methods, planning of activities and clarifying and documenting requirements. You will play a pivotal role in the implementation of one common PLM system for MPT and the subsequent move to Teamcenter, ensuring the successful execution. Your primary focus will be on transforming business processes and preparing them for the new way of working with Teamcenter. You will be ensuring that the future PLM system effectively supports our business objectives. Throughout the day, you will engage with multiple departments, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned with the overarching goals of the business transformation. You will tackle complex challenges, decompose them into manageable components, and drive impactful change by removing barriers and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Lead and manage PLM projects to introduce a unified PLM system and update to Teamcenter.
- Coordinate the execution of PLM topics, including the establishment of a common BoM structure and material harmonization.
- Actively engage with various teams and organizations to ensure alignment with digital transformation goals, while promoting transparent communication across teams and stakeholders to cultivate understanding.
- Structure sophisticated topics into clear, actionable steps, simplifying processes for effective execution.
- Drive strategies for the successful adoption of new processes while meeting customer expectations and requirements.
- Identify potential risks and opportunities, developing strategies to improve efficiency and innovation in the business transformation journey, while promoting cross-departmental collaboration and knowledge exchange.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering or related fields.
- Longterm of project management experience in the targeted selection and standardized implementation of digital tools and process changes across global locations.
- Validated experience with Teamcenter implementations; integration experience with Teamcenter/ S4/HANA platforms is a significant advantage.
- Strong background in Engineering and/or Manufacturing and proficiency in business process management and optimization.
- Outstanding communication skills and a proven foundation in change management principles, with fluency in both German and English for daily communication.
- A proactive approach with a strong motivation to lead change and enhance business processes for future success.

Due to the Austrian legal regulations, we are obliged to state the minimum salary for this position. Please note that there is a clear willingness for a higher compensation considering your individual expectations, expertise and skills. The minimum salary for this position in the collective agreement for the electrical and electronics industry is in the amount of € 60.785,90 gross/year for a full-time position (38,5 h/week).
