Product Lifecycle Manager for Steel Making - Electrics, Automation and Industrial Digitalization (f/m/*)
What are my responsibilities?
Propose and drive the development of products and solutions for the market demand now and in the future. "Act as a small business owner or a company within the company and do everything to ensure that the products in the portfolio can be sold profitably.”
In our department Electrics & Automation (EA ISC BA) we are looking for a Product Lifecycle Manager for Steel Making (f/m/*) with the following tasks:
- Conduct market and competitor analysis and define market and product strategy in collaboration with the global sales organization
- Collect and analyze customer requirements and product demands, including product and portfolio gap analysis
- Define and align the research and development (R&D) roadmap and projects with relevant stakeholders, including patent considerations
- Prepare sales documents together with the Product Owner (technical specifications, presentations, calculations, etc.)
- Support pre-sales activities, such as identifying potential customers, organizing visits, attending conferences, and managing pre-projects
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Finished technical education (HTL/ FH/ Uni) in the field of Electrical Engineering, Automation or Mechatronics
- Professional work experience in electrics and automation for industrial plants, preferably for metallurgical plants
- Being an innovative intrapreneur who drives change and creates value
- Strong team spirit and ability to work together
- Mobility and willingness for international travels required (20%)

What else do I need to know?
The minimum annual gross salary for this position under the collective agreement and assuming that all requirements are met is EUR 47.546,94 (E/00).
