About us

OÖ Verkehrsholding GmbH is a direct subsidiary of OÖ Landesholding GmbH and is responsible for the management of the holdings of the province of Upper Austria in the transport sector. The OÖ Verkehrsverbund-Organisations GmbH Nfg. & Co KG and Schiene OÖ GmbH & Co KG are the focal points. As part of OÖ Verkehrsholding, you work on topics that have a sustainable impact on the mobility of the population, the transport situation and environmental protection. In addition to public transport, this also includes important infrastructure projects such as the Linz regional light rail system.

Your tasks in this multifaceted position:

IT project management:

• Planning, coordination and implementation of simple as well as complex IT projects
• Elicitation and specification of customer and system requirements and creation of structured project and requirements documentation
• Collaboration in the introduction of innovative AI projects
• Contributing to the planning and implementation of our comprehensive digitalisation strategy
  

Information security officer/information security officer (ISB):

• Carrying out risk assessments and managing security measures
• Head of incident management incl. NIS2 reporting obligations
• Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory and contractual requirements in the area of information security
• Creating, maintaining and enforcing security guidelines and processes
• Carrying out awareness and training measures
• Establishing and maintaining contacts with authorities, CERTs and relevant specialist bodies
  

Professional and personal competences:

• Completed academic education (ideally in the IT or technical field)
• Responsible, structured and precise way of working
• Strong communication and teamwork skills as well as forward thinking
• Willingness for ongoing further training
• Solution-orientated, independent and goal-oriented way of working
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and to maintain an overview in more intensive phases
• Several years of professional experience in IT project management

• Attractive remuneration: The gross monthly salary is calculated according to a transparent categorisation model that takes into account specialist training and relevant professional experience. The reference value for this position is around € 4,007.00 gross (based on 40 hours per week, academic training and 10 years of relevant professional experience). There is a willingness to overpay, depending on qualifications and experience.
