Sales Manager EMEA (m/f/x)
Your mission
You turn contacts into long-term partnerships. As Sales Manager EMEA, you acquire international customers for our software solutions – through strategic consulting, compelling presentations, and negotiations at eye level. Your main focus is on selling our MIC customs and and trade compliance solutions and actively expanding a strong network.
- Competent, solution-oriented consulting and support of our international customers – focusing on their individual requirements and challenges
- Strategic development and expansion of a sustainable sales pipeline in the EMEA region to ensure continuous growth
- Active acquisition of new customers as well as targeted upselling with existing accounts
- Coordination and handling of tenders (RFx), including offer preparation in close cooperation with Presales, Customer Success Management and relevant technical departments
- Delivery of impactful presentations of our MIC software – online and on-site, e.g. live demos, webinars, or customer meetings
- Close collaboration with Presales and Marketing to implement joint sales strategies
- Representation of MIC at international fairs and conferences
- Independent management of commercial contract negotiations with a focus on sustainable agreements
- Market monitoring as well as providing forecasts and sales reports complete your responsibilities
Your qualifications
- Completed education (e.g., commercial college, technical college, university), ideally with a focus on Sales, Business, or IT
- Global trade know-how would be an advantage
- Several years of experience in international B2B sales
- Experience in selling complex IT solutions
- Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written – additional languages are an advantage
- Enjoyment of international customer contact and travel

Compensation
We are legally obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 66.000,- gross per year (full-time employment). We offer a higher salary in line with your qualifications and experience.
