Your mission
As a Senior Support Engineer, you take ownership of complex technical challenges and ensure the long-term reliability of the MIC GTM Suite. You act as a technical expert for international Key Users, mentor colleagues, and help improve support processes.

• Provide high-level 2nd & 3rd level support and solve complex technical issues
• Communicate updates on technical, legal, or software changes to Key Users
• Manage installations and Release Upgrades to ensure system stability
• Mentor colleagues and support continuous learning in the team
• Improve support processes and contribute to the knowledge base
• Support additional areas when needed to foster teamwork

Your skills and qualifications

• Computer science education (HTL, FH, Uni) and several years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of Java, SQL and relational databases
• Experience with complex software architectures (Java, Oracle PL/SQL, SQL)
• Excellent English (spoken & written)
• Strong service orientation, communication skills, and ability to guide others
• Independent, structured working style focused on sustainable solutions
• Ability to mentor team members and contribute to continuous improvement

Compensation
We are legally obliged to mention the compensation for this position. We offer a minimum salary of € 60.000,- gross/ year (fulltime employment). We offer a higher salary in line with your qualifications and experience.
