Your mission
As a Software Engineer, you will work in our product development team on an entirely new software product, which you will help shape from the very beginning together with your team. You will rely on modern development practices, high quality standards, and open, constructive collaboration.

• You plan and implement new features in 2‑week sprints – with a strong focus on stability, performance, and long‑term software quality.
• You will work with our core technologies Java and Oracle databases.
• In addition, you will use modern technologies such as Quarkus and ReactJS.
• You actively contribute to architectural and design decisions, significantly influencing the structure and direction of a new product.
• You use our AI tools as a co‑pilot to enhance your productivity and solve development tasks more efficiently.
• In the long term, you will have opportunities to grow into a Senior or Lead Software Engineer role.

Your skills and qualifications

• Relevant IT education and a few years of professional experience in software development
• A strong team player with a high sense of quality and excellent analytical skills
• Solid knowledge of Java and databases
• Experience with Quarkus and React is an advantage
• Knowledge in build tools, CI/CD pipelines, and container technologies is a plus
• Openness to using AI‑supported tools to enhance daily work
• Very good German and English skills

Compensation
We are legally obliged to mention the compensation for this position. We offer a minimum salary of € 45.800,- gross/ year (fulltime employment). We offer a higher salary in line with your qualifications and experience.
