OÖ Verkehrsholding GmbH is a direct subsidiary of OÖ Landesholding GmbH and is responsible for the management of the holdings of the province of Upper Austria in the transport sector. The OÖ Verkehrsverbund-Organisations GmbH Nfg. & Co KG and Schiene OÖ GmbH & Co KG are the focal points. As part of OÖ Verkehrsholding, you work on topics that have a sustainable impact on the mobility of the population, the transport situation and environmental protection. In addition to public transport, this also includes important infrastructure projects such as the Linz regional light rail system.

Your tasks in this varied position:

• Troubleshooting technical problems, 1st and 2nd level support
• Administration / maintenance of the IT infrastructure, network, server / clients, Active Directory, Exchange, switch, firewall, Wifi, VoIP, DNS, backup, virtualisation, Entra ID, MFA, conditional access
• Installation, configuration and updates of hardware and software systems
• Collaboration on IT infrastructure projects
• Analysing requirements and developing technical solution concepts
• Close cooperation and coordination with external partners and service providers

Professional and personal skills:

• Completed IT training (apprenticeship, HTL) or comparable professional experience
• Experience in the administration of Windows Server/Client infrastructures, Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure AD, Azure Cloud
• Excellent knowledge of networks, firewalls and Windows system environments
• Practical experience in IT support with direct user contact
• Hands-on mentality, personal responsibility and solution-orientated thinking
• Strong communication skills, team spirit and willingness to undergo further training

• Attractive remuneration : The gross monthly salary is calculated according to a transparent categorisation model that takes into account specialist training and relevant professional experience.

The reference value for this position is around € 2,967 gross (based on 40 hours per week, completed A-levels and 4 years of relevant professional experience). There is a willingness to overpay , depending on qualifications and experience.
