YOUR TASKS
- Wöhlercurves: Developing a measuring approach for determining S-N of plastic materials usual at HELLA.
- Robustness: Varying parameters like mean stress to convert one curve to another.
- Verification: Executing FEA simulations and fatigue calculations to validate the obtained parameters at single components.
- Determining the correlation level and suggesting measures to increase it.
- Validation: Executing FEA simulations and fatigue calculations on system level to verify the level of confidence.
- Documentation: Consistent and transparent documentation of every step of the implementation and knowledge transfer to
- the team involved.

- Enrolled Student: During your time at HELLA, you are enrolled at a university and have not yet completed your final examination. You are studying in a master's program in Computational Engineering, Engineering Informatics,
- Mechanical Engineering, or a similar field.
- Vibration knowledge: You have already gained experience in vibration simulation and fatigue calculations, ideally using
- ABAQUS and HyperWorks.
- Programming skills: You are confident in the Linux environment and have good programming skills, for example in Python.
- Language Skills: You are independent and creative in a German- and English-speaking team
