Assembly employee (m/f/d)
with pro rata team management (approx. 25% planning / 75% assembly work)

Location: Lippstadt

Your tasks:

• Professional assembly of components for mechanical engineering
• Team management (approx. 10 people, approx. 25% of your activity)
• Close cooperation and exchange with work preparation
• Organization and planning of work processes and resources
• Monitoring and ensuring deadlines and quality specifications

What you should bring with you:

• Ideally initial professional experience in the assembly of machines and systems - e.g. as an industrial mechanic, mechatronics engineer or comparable activities.
• Technical understanding and ability to work in a team
• High degree of independence and organizational skills
• Experience in coordinating work processes
