As a Senior Art Director (m/f/d), you will develop and grow brand creativity in new and effective ways to drive brand recognition and consumer engagement across different touchpoints. As a part of the Global Creative team, you will help us to concept and design outstanding online and offline assets and integrated campaigns and will become an integral part of our in-house creative team.

About the Role

• Create offline and online marketing and sales materials to deliver successful visual communications for all our product brands, markets, and (sports) brand engagement partners. This includes flyers, OOH billboards, POS posters, vehicle designs, social media assets, CRM header- and websites images
• Lead the creative conception and visual development of integrated  marketing campaigns, transforming strategic briefs into compelling, multi-channel ideas that resonate across digital, print, social, and experiential touchpoints
• Evolve and refine the brand identity, by developing and maintaining comprehensive style guides, visual systems, and brand assets in alignment with strategic goals
• Collaborate closely with different internal stakeholders (such as brand-, organic- and paid social media-, CRM-, internal communication teams) for all our markets
• Oversee all stages of photo productions — from concept development and art direction on set to post-production — ensuring high-quality visual output aligned with brand standards
• Leverage AI-powered design and image-generation tools (e.g., Google Veo & Imagen, Adobe Firefly) to enhance concept development, streamline workflows, and explore new creative directions in visual storytelling

About You

• Minimum 5 years of experience in an Art Director role and have strong design and concept skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Previous experience with Figma and AI tolls is considered an advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with an international allure
• Proven 3D rendering skills (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D, Adobe Dimension) and experience with Jira are a plus
• Strong communication skills and collaborate effectively with others, excellent attention to detail, art working skills and the ability to work independently and in a team
• Fluency in English, every other language is a plus
