We're looking for a motivated Senior Manager Social Media Marketing (m/f/d) who will help us shape our team and drive the company to the next level. As part of our global Social Media headquarter team, you will have the most direct influence on our success

About the Role

• Manage global & local agencies and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure Social Media content aligns with brand objectives and KPIs.
• Set up TikTok spark ad and Meta sponsored post campaigns to achieve business objectives.
• Create performance reports for organic and paid campaigns.
• Set up, monitor and optimize Social Listening dashboards.
• Develop strategies that can further increase performance and brand love.
• Identify potential for process improvements, e.g. for our crisis response process and find new opportunities for scalable growth.
• In exceptional cases, create, ideate and publish creative and engaging Social Media content for our global TikTok and Instagram accounts. 

About You

• 5+ years of experience in Social Media management. 
• Passion for Social Media, AI tools & pop culture trends. 
• A high degree of initiative and reliability. 
• Great analytical skills. 
• Experienced in working with Meta Business Suite, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager. Experience with Social Media tools like Emplifi is a strong plus. 
• Excellent English, written and verbal communication skills. 
• Based in Lisbon
