As a Production Manager at Palfinger Platforms GmbH in Löbau , your role is to oversee and manage the production process to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of products. You will lead a team, troubleshoot issues on the manufacturing floor, and ensure compliance with regulations. Your focus will be on optimizing production processes and enhancing team performance to meet organizational objectives and customer demands. Join our team in Löbau and make an impact!
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead Assembly – Oversee production teams to ensure smooth workflows and deliver high-quality output.
- Maintain Efficiency – Quickly troubleshoot and resolve issues on the manufacturing floor to keep operations running at peak performance.
- Optimize Resources – Collaborate on inventory planning and manage cost-effective procurement of parts and materials.
- Ensure Safety & Compliance – Uphold strict safety regulations and quality standards across all manufacturing processes.
- Drive Continuous Improvement – Implement innovative process enhancements to boost productivity and operational efficiency.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Production Management, Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, or equivalent technical qualification; alternatively, technical training with several years of experience.
- 3–5 years experience in production or manufacturing management, ideally in an assembly environment, with proven leadership and team management skills and the ability to motivate and develop employees
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing and assembly processes, lean methods, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Leadership, problem-solving, and excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- Very good German and English skills (written and spoken)
