Job description
- You are the competent contact person for our employees and managers for all questions relating to payroll accounting, time management and pension schemes
- You are responsible for the monthly payroll accounting and processing of all associated special cases
- You are involved in monthly and year-end closing work and coordinate cooperation with social insurance institutions, authorities and the tax office, authorities and the tax office
- Your varied day-to-day work will include looking after special HR issues as well as handling administrative processes from joining to leaving
- Maintaining and updating our employee master data as well as registration and certification will also round off your area of responsibility
Requirements
- You have completed commercial training, ideally with a focus on HR, or have completed comparable further training
- You have several years of professional experience in payroll accounting and time management
- You have sound knowledge of labour, wage tax and social security law
- You are familiar with payroll software such as SAP, as well as MS Office
- Accuracy, reliability and a structured way of working are a matter of course for you
- You impress with your strong communication skills, team spirit and professional demeanour in every situation
- A fluent command of German and English round off your profile
