The following tasks are waiting for you:
- Collaborate closely with Business Development and Account Management teams to understand client challenges and design tailored ServiceNow-based solutions that address specific business needs
- Lead client-facing discovery workshops, technical deep dives, and product demo sessions to explore and validate solution approaches
- Design solution architectures, high-level technical designs, and implementation roadmaps that align with customer requirements and strategic objectives
- Develop compelling technical content for proposals, RFIs/RFPs, and Proofs of Concept (PoCs) to support the pre-sales process
- Provide expert guidance on ServiceNow platform capabilities, best practices, and integration strategies to ensure scalable and future-proof solutions
- Stay current with the evolving ServiceNow product roadmap and incorporate new features and innovations into client solution strategies
- Create and maintain reusable demo environments, industry-specific accelerators, and other technical assets to streamline delivery and enhance client engagement
Qualifications Qualifications
To be prepared for your journey as an Architect into ServiceNow, you should bring the following qualifications with you:
- Studies in Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a related field, with a strong focus on enterprise platforms and digital process automation. You bring 3 - 5+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform in consulting, architecture, or pre-sales roles.
- Passion for designing impactful ServiceNow solutions that improve enterprise workflows, drive efficiency, and create real business value.
- Expertise and certified knowledge of key ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CSM, HRSD, or App Engine - ideally holding Certified Implementation Specialist or Architect credentials. You have a strong grasp of how to translate complex business processes into scalable ServiceNow workflows and technical designs, and you’re experienced working in enterprise environments or with leading ServiceNow partners. A ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification is required (or should be actively pursued); holding a Certified Master Architect (CMA) certification is considered a strong plus.
- Your working method is defined by excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. You’re equally comfortable speaking the language of both business and IT, enabling you to guide clients effectively from initial discovery to final delivery with clarity and confidence.
