We are currently looking for a Team Leader (m/f/d) for our site in Travemünde.
As a Team Leader (m/f/d) in Production, you will take charge of the team and be responsible for planning and managing the deployment of employees as well as materials and resources in the area.

Your responsibilities – here's where you can get involved!
- Lead your own team in a 3-shift operation
- Ensure timely, quality-compliant, safe, and cost-effective completion of production orders
- Guarantee high machine availability while considering requirements for occupational safety, legal compliance, and cost-efficiency
- Continuously develop the team, work processes, and work environment
Your profile – what makes you a great fit!
- Completed vocational training in a technical field
- Your workplace will be in Travemünde
- Familiarity with MS Office; ideally, experience with EAM, QBD, ENABLON, and LOTO
- Flexibility, reliability, punctuality, and team spirit characterize you, as well as willingness to work shifts and ability to work at heights
- Very good German and good English skills complete your profile
- Leadership experience
