Job description
- You will carry out grinding work on metal parts independently and precisely based on technical drawings and specifications
- In the event of quality deviations, you will take over the reworking to guarantee optimal results
- You will document work processes and results transparently and reliably
- Programming, set-up and operation of CNC grinding machines also falls within your area of responsibility if required
- You continuously optimise production processes and actively contribute to quality assurance
- You ensure and monitor production processes and test data so that high product quality is guaranteed at all times
Requirements
- You can look back on completed training in the metal sector, for example as a metal grinder (m/f/d), cutting machine operator (m/f/d) or precision mechanic (m/f/d)
- several years of professional experience in the field of grinding is desirable, but not a fixed requirement
- You are confident in reading and understanding technical drawings
- You are willing to work shifts
- CNC knowledge helps you to programme, set up and optimally operate machines
- Your working style is careful and precise
- You are characterised by your ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
