Job description
- You will reliably carry out maintenance and repair work on our production systems to ensure that the system runs smoothly
- You will quickly rectify operational faults and analyse their causes in order to reduce production downtimes to a minimum
- Your commitment will ensure that production is continuously optimised and system downtimes are reduced
- You will install and maintain building technology independently
- You will work closely with your colleagues in the maintenance team, support the production and control level and actively supervise the trainee
- Procure spare parts and manufacture them yourself if required
- Maintain maintenance schedules carefully
- Contact service providers directly, to coordinate maintenance and repairs
- precisely prepare technical documentation
- take responsibility for all activities relating to planning and task allocation in maintenance as well as coordination with plant employees
Requirements
- You have completed training in the field of electrical engineering, mechatronics or have a comparable qualification
- You have reliable knowledge of electrical engineering as well as drive and control technology
- Additional training courses in the field of control technology such as electropneumatics or electrohydraulics support your expert knowledge
- You already have relevant professional experience in the field of maintenance and repair
- You routinely handle PLCcontrols
- You are a team player and have a conscientious way of working
- Excel, Word and general PC work thanks to your basic knowledge
- Ideally, you have already used Solid Works and have the relevant experience
- You have basic knowledge of CMMS software, which will make your familiarisation easier
- You have a good knowledge of German and a valid work permit
