Job description
- You ensure that SMT's systems and equipment are technically available at all times
- You regularly carry out inspections, functional checks, repair measures and maintenance and always document your work in a comprehensible manner
- In the event of simple and complex system malfunctions, you intervene quickly and solve the problem, if necessary, together with internal units or external service centres
- You obtain specific quotations for required spare parts and prepare them ready for a decision
- With your commitment, you actively contribute to the optimisation of production processes from a lean perspective
- You reliably present your own key figures as part of the daily shop floor inspections
Requirements
- You have completed technical or electronic training (at least 3 years), preferably in an industrial company in electronics production, e.g. as an electrical engineer (m/f/d), machine and plant operator (m/f/d) or similar
- You have several years of professional experience (min. 1-3 years) in electronics production, ideally in plant setup, maintenance or technical service will benefit you
- You are characterised by a safe and careful handling of work and operating equipment
- You can demonstrate a good command of German and valid working papers
- You are also willing to work shifts (alternating shifts: early, late, night shift)
- Your reliable way of working rounds off your profile
