JOB DESCRIPTION:
Electronics technicians for devices and systems plan and control processes in the production and maintenance of information and communication technology devices. They organise production processes, set up production and testing machines, and participate in quality assurance. In doing so, they create samples such as individual items and assemble the desired devices or systems according to specifications, combining mechanical, electrical, and electronic components. The scope of duties in this occupational field also includes the creation of device and system documentation, including layouts and manufacturing documents.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Applicants should have a secondary school leaving certificate. In addition to technical and manual skills, they should also have good grades in mathematics and physics. A sense of responsibility, independence and meticulous work are just as important as good teamwork skills.
THE TRAINING:
Training takes place in the dual system over three and a half years. Trainees learn about professional practice through assignments at various workplaces within the company and attend vocational school in Lüneburg. Regular theoretical instruction supplements and deepens their practical experience. In the middle and at the end of the training period, the Chamber of Industry and Commerce conducts an examination of the knowledge acquired. If performance is good, it is possible to shorten the training period.
We offer the following benefits, among others:
– Support with studying for the final examination
– Subsidy for the Germany ticket
– 35-hour week
– Standard training allowance
