We are looking for a strong leader to drive the global implementation, rollout, and performance tracking of fulfillment business process initiatives, ensuring consistent and effective execution. You will own the commercial aspects of projects, including business case development, efficiency KPI definition and monitoring, and the quantification and realization of measurable improvements in safety, quality, and cost.

Your Impact

• Leading teams to deliver key strategic initiatives/projects that span across several business units and departments, and managing project scope and changes
• Managing resources, schedules, financials, and adhering to stage gate quality and control guidelines throughout the full project development and roll-out
• Managing issues, risks, and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery
• Understanding interdependencies between technology, operations, and business needs
• Ensuring close collaboration and alignment with NI/MOD/LP Installation Methods & Tools Department
• Identifying business opportunities and organizational needs in the area of New Installation / Modernization & Large Projects for Group Fulfillment Processes & Group Fulfillment Initiatives

• Degree in Engineering or a related field, with Project Management certification or equivalent experience
• Experience with Fulfillment and exposure to international environments
• Strong stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels, with excellent communication and decision-making abilities
• Fluent in English and proficient in German with cultural sensitivity and a people-oriented approach
