Job Description

Nordson Industrial Coating Solutions, a global leader in leader in industrial coating systems, is seeking a highly motivated and talented Customer Services Employee to join our team in Geleen, Netherlands. Role and Responsibilities

• Enter quotes and orders in SAP
• First contact to customers
• Inform customers about status of orders.
• Handle warranty, return and credit requests
• Handle complaints (invoices, deliveries, etc)
• Take care of Nordson internal requests and all other incoming requests
• Proactive order follow up

Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum MBO+ - degree (similar to German Berufsausbildung) in commercial or logistics.
• General knowledge on business and work processes (supply chain).
• Relevant experience in a customer service related environment or a business environment is highly desired.
• Professional German and English language skills are required (writing and verbal)
• Any additional language would be a plus.
• Computer literate (basic knowledge of MS-Office).
• SAP and Material Resource Planning (MRP) system knowledge
