- Technical or scientific education, preferably in computer science, electronics, or software engineering; ISTQB foundation level is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in instrument or module development/verification, ideally in the medical device industry.
- Advanced proficiency in C#, with hands-on experience developing and maintaining test automation frameworks and test scripts.
- Experience integrating C#-based test solutions with CI/CD pipelines and source control systems (e.g., git).
- Basic knowledge of C++ and familiarity with firmware, microcontroller peripherals (PWM, analog inputs, SPI, etc.).
- Good understanding of the Microsoft stack (Visual Studio, Azure, etc.).
- Excellent English communication skills; German is an asset.
- Strong teamwork, interdisciplinary flexibility, and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
