Als Area Manager in unserem Werk in Barleben bei Magdeburg stellst du sicher, dass dein Produktionsbereich reibungslos funktioniert und die gesetzten Produktivitäts-, Qualitäts-, und Sicherheitsziele jederzeit erreicht werden. Dabei coachst und leitest du dein Team kontinuierlich an und sicherst mit einem kollaborativen Führungsstil, dass das Team zur Erreichung der Ziele optimal zusammenarbeitet. Zudem überwachst und optimierst du Einsatzpläne, Prozesse und Arbeitszuschnitte in deinem Bereich kontinuierlich und regst Veränderungen an und/oder setzt diese um.
Dein Verantwortungsbereich
- Als Area Manager führst du ein Team, bestehend aus 5 Supervisor, welche jeweils ca. 20–25 Shopfloor Mitarbeiter fachlich anleiten. Ziel ist stets alle Key Performance Indicators zu erreichen und bestenfalls zu übertreffen.
- Durch effektives Coaching und ein ausgezeichnetes Leistungsmanagement deiner Mitarbeitenden stellst du eine optimale Zielerreichung sicher.
- Du trägst die Verantwortung für die operative Performance in deinem zugewiesenen Bereich und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf
- Du optimierst die Ressourcennutzung und arbeitest eng mit Teamleitungen und interdisziplinären Teams zusammen.
- Du schaffst eine positive Arbeitsumgebung, die Produktivität, Teamgeist und Mitarbeitereinbindung fördert. -
- Du verbesserst und optimierst operative Prozesse, um Effizienz, Produktivität und Kostenersparnis zu steigern.
Dein Profil
- Bachelor-Abschluss oder vergleichbare Ausbildung.
- Erste nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung, idealerweise in einem Produktionsbetrieb.
- Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern.
- Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in Datenanalyse mit Excel, GSheets, Grafana, Tableau.
- Fähigkeit, Daten zur Beeinflussung von Geschäftsentscheidungen zu nutzen.
- Deutsch und Englisch auf fortgeschrittenem Niveau (C1). -
