YOUR ROLE
Du unterstützt unser Operational Excellence Team dabei, unsere Prozesse und Standards auf das nächste Level zu bringen! Als Werkstudent übernimmst Du eine zentrale Rolle bei der Überarbeitung und Vervollständigung unserer SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) und arbeitest departmentübergreifend mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern zusammen. Dabei lernst Du die gesamte OpEx-Struktur kennen und kannst aktiv an Yellow Belt Projekten mitwirken.
DEIN VERANTWORTUNGSBEREICH
- Überarbeitung und Vervollständigung von SOPs: Du überträgst bestehende Standard Operating Procedures in neue Formate und stellst deren Vollständigkeit sicher
- Dokumentenmanagement: Aufbau und Pflege einer umfassenden Dokumentenübersicht für alle relevanten Prozesse
- Stakeholder-Management: Departmentübergreifende Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Fachabteilungen zur Sammlung und Validierung von Prozessinformationen
- Qualitätssicherung: Eigenständige Überprüfung von Standards oder koordinierte Delegation an entsprechende Fachexperten
- Prozessoptimierung: Identifikation von Verbesserungspotentialen und Erarbeitung von Anpassungsvorschlägen für bestehende SOPs
- Approval-Management: Begleitung und Koordination des vollständigen Freigabeprozesses für überarbeitete Dokumente
- Yellow Belt Projekte: Aktive Mitarbeit an Continuous Improvement Projekten im Rahmen der OpEx-Methodik
- Prozessanalyse: Entwicklung eines tiefen Prozessverständnisses durch eigene Erfahrungen und Input von Prozessexperten
- Change Management: Unterstützung bei der Implementierung von Prozessanpassungen und Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
DEIN PROFIL
- Du bist eingeschriebener Studierender eines Studienganges der Richtungen Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
- Du hast idealerweise schon erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Prozessmanagement, Qualitätsmanagement oder Operational Excellence gesammelt
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und hast gute Englischkenntnisse
- Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und gewissenhaft mit ausgeprägtem Qualitätsbewusstsein
- Du bist eine Macherin mit Hands-On-Mentalität und Tatendrang
- Du hast (sehr) gute MS Office Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel, PowerPoint und Visio
- Du bist kreativ und überzeugst mit Deiner Kommunikationsstärke und Deinem analytischen Denkvermögen
- Du hast Interesse an kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozessen und Lean Management Methoden
- Du arbeitest gerne in interdisziplinären Teams und kannst komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich aufbereiten
