Your Mission as Senior Expert AMT Product Development:

As a Senior Expert for AMT Product Development, you will play a crucial role in the research and development of Automated Manual Transmission (AMT) products. You will be responsible for advanced design optimization, tackling technical challenges, and driving performance improvements and technological innovation. Your input will support the team’s technical decisions and help set new standards in the industry.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead R&D activities for AMT products, including product design refinement and technical problem-solving
• Promote performance improvements and the introduction of innovative technologies
• Provide hands-on technical guidance and decision support to project teams
• Collaborate closely with internal and external development partners
• Drive knowledge transfer and foster the adoption of international standards

Your Profile

Technical Requirements

• Ph.D. in a relevant engineering discipline (preferred but not required)
• More than 10 years of experience in R&D or product development positions with international benchmark enterprises
• Prior experience at Allison Company is highly desirable
• Proven track record in AMT product development, design optimization, and implementation of technical innovation

Personal Attributes

• Strong analytical skills and a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset
• Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus
• Intercultural competence and team leadership experience
• Willingness for occasional international business travel (primarily remote/hybrid model)
